Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’d love to take some time to introduce myself and tell you about the purpose of my website.
My name is Serena and I live in a small mountain town. While growing up, I rode horses, participated in 4-H for 8 years, and learned as well as taught riverdance. After graduating high school I attended college for 4 years.
One of the main reasons I felt driven to start Health.Faith.Strength was because I lost my grandma, grandpa, cousin, my mom and my dad, all to cancer.
During my parents cancer journey, I spent countless hours talking to doctors and researching ways to give them back their health, as well as help them emotionally. Because I became so involved with their health, I felt compelled to share the information I found with others. So I thought what better way to do that, than share it online!
Health.Faith.Strength was made to do exactly what it sounds like:
1. Encourage health for everyone. Whether you’re already fit and healthy, have cancer (or another disease affecting your life), or just want motivation and information to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle – my goal is to encourage a healthy lifestyle for everyone.
2. Support your faith. I write my articles thinking of how I can encourage your faith. Whether it’s through Bible verses, or personal experiences, you’ll find lots of helpful resources here to support your walk with the Lord.
3. Help you increase your strength. Because you are strong. And with encouragement and support, you can get through anything. Encouraging your inner strength is mostly done through the posts about faith. However, by following me on Facebook and Pinterest, you’ll receive even more help with increasing your strength.
Health.Faith.Strength is here to help and support you in this crazy journey we call life. If you have a subject you’d like me to write on, feel free to send me a message.
And if you’d like more encouragement and tips on staying healthy (as well as access to giveaways!), subscribe to my weekly newsletter!
